1. Donations & Refunds
At Compassion Unites Foundation, we deeply appreciate every donation, as it enables us to support individuals and communities in need. Given the nature of charitable contributions, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
✔ Duplicate Transactions – If a donor accidentally donates twice for the same intended purpose, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount upon request.
✔ Processing Errors – If an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical or human error, we will correct the issue.
✔ Unauthorized Transactions – If you suspect that a donation was made fraudulently or without authorization, please contact us immediately for investigation.
2. Merchandise & Event Refunds (If Applicable)
If Compassion Unites Foundation sells merchandise or event tickets, the refund policy for such items will be as follows:

Refund requests for physical merchandise must be made within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds for event registrations may be available if cancellation occurs within 28 days before the event.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
